Cambria 10 Year Limited Warranty

CAMBRIA provides a Limited Warranty to the Original Purchaser that it's CAMBRIA Quartz Surfaces (the "Product") will be free from manufacturing defects for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. Although the Product is carefully inspected prior to shipping or delivery, it is the responsibility of the Fabricator or Installer to thoroughly inspect the Product upon its receipt, and any damage to the inspected Product thereafter is also the responsibility of the Fabricator or Installer. Final inspection and approval of installation is the Purchaser's responsibility.

This Limited Warranty shall apply only where the Product is properly installed for interior use only, is used for its intended purpose and is maintained and used strictly in accordance with the Care and Maintenance Instructions, and the Product Disclaimers provided.

This warranty is limited and the Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against CAMBRIA shall be, at the option CAMBRIA, repair or replacement of the defective Product, or refund of the purchase price. In no case will CAMBRIA be liable for labor to remove and/or reinstall the Product, or other similar activities necessary to complete the replacement or removal of the defective Product.

FURTHER, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOCAL LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHER WARRANTY OF QUALITY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF CAMBRIA. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHICH ARE NOT EXCLUDED HEREBY, DUE TO OPERATION OF LAW, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN FOR THE PRODUCT WARRANTED.

IN NO CASE WILL CAMBRIA BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Warranty Registration and Service – General Provisions

The proper use and maintenance of the Product is outlined in the Warranty & Care Guide and in the Product Disclaimers provided.

To register for the Limited Warranty, you must complete and return the Limited Warranty Registration and Service Questionnaire which will be mailed to you after your purchase of the Product form us, or once your Installer, Fabricator or Distributor submits your customer information (name, address, phone, product color and square feet) to CAMBRIA.

To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must submit your claim in writing to the Retailer, Installer or Fabricator from whom the Product was purchased, and provide the following information:
(a) Your name, address, telephone number;
(b) Description of the Product application for which the claim is made;
(c) Date of purchase of the Product;
(d) Name of Retailer, Installer or Fabricator, from whom you purchased;
(e) Description of claim.

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must contact your Retailer, Installer or Fabricator from whom you purchased the CAMBRIA product. Any service issues or general questions about the Limited Warranty should be directed to the Retailer, Installer or Fabricator, not to CAMBRIA. The Limited Warranty provided is for the Product, and IS NOT for the quality of the installation job. Any issues related to installation must be resolved directly with the Installer and are the sole responsibility of the Installer, NOT of CAMBRIA.

All Limited Warranty claims must be must be received within thirty (30) days after the Purchaser learns of the facts upon which the claim is based, or such claim shall be deemed waived.
